Duties

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models tailored to our unique product needs, ensuring scalability and robustness
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, and quantum engineers—to integrate ML solutions seamlessly into our platform
• Implement state-of-the-art algorithms with a focus on quantum engineering principles to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities
• Lead research efforts to explore novel approaches in quantum machine learning and related fields, staying ahead of industry trends
• Develop scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support large-scale model training and deployment
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning of models to ensure high accuracy and efficiency
• Document processes thoroughly and contribute to the ongoing improvement of development workflows and best practices

Experience

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with quantum engineering concepts and their application within AI systems is highly desirable
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques
• Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages used in AI development
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive approach to innovation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple priorities

Pay: $150,000.40 - $200,000.34 per year
