Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, contributing to system architecture design, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. You will also lead troubleshooting efforts, mentor junior developers, and stay updated with the latest technology trends to ensure the continuous improvement of our platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development, particularly in object-oriented programming and modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of database management and working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases
• Proven ability in system architecture design and development of scalable applications
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools like Jira, Git, or similar
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting junior developers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
