* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
* Strong Backend/Full-Stack Programming Skills
* Experience with JS/TS stacks
* Experience with mobile development (React Native, Expo)
* Experience working on crypto products
* Experience developing Smart Contracts is a plus
* Experience in environments where you have to ship quickly. We move fast.
* Experience designing and building scalable, performant, and secure systems (ideally with a focus on blockchain or fintech)
* Experience working on a remote team with a variety of timezones

* Collaborate with a small, tight-knit team
* Have a high degree of autonomy and accountability
* Build features end-to-end, with full ownership over your work
* Work on improving/making an existing product more efficient by identifying inefficiencies and solving them
