A leading aerospace and defence organisation is looking for an Experienced Embedded Software Engineer. This role supports Precision Engagement Systems, developing software for precision-guided weapons and cruise missile systems. The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver critical mission capabilities for global defence platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to design and implement Operational Flight Program software solutions

• Develop real-time embedded software applications and create complex models and simulations

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Deploy and maintain development environments and support applications for mission-critical systems

• Manage software configurations and processes to ensure high-quality technical delivery

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in embedded software engineering and real-time application development

• Proficiency in designing software solutions for complex hardware platforms

• Experience working within an Agile development environment and utilizing DevOps tools

• Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline engineering team to meet customer objectives

• Candidates must be eligible under applicable regulations to access export-controlled information and obtain required clearances
