Location: Missouri 63042 | Salary: £133,000 - £155,000 annual

A leading aerospace and defence organisation is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. This role supports the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land-Attack Missile program, focusing on the expansion of critical mission systems for domestic and international partners. You will work within a collaborative team that combines large-scale resources with an agile, people-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a small team of software developers to deliver high-quality technical solutions

• Collaborate with customer representatives and senior leadership to define project requirements

• Implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to software development

• Execute and document complex software research and development projects

• Address user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyse user feedback

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience with VB.NET or C#.NET and the .NET Framework

• Proficiency in SQL or other relational database management systems

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, nUnit, or MSTest

• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearances for this position

• Eligibility to access export-controlled information under applicable regulations
