A leading aerospace and defense organisation is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer. This role supports the development and sustainment of advanced defense systems, including tactical aircraft and autonomous platforms. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the technical integrity and performance of critical national security assets.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain system requirements, interfaces, and verification criteria

• Perform technical analyses for reliability, maintainability, and human factors

• Support formal program design reviews and technical assessments

• Manage requirements tracking and risk mitigation activities

• Implement modern systems engineering methods including Model-Based Systems Engineering

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or related technical discipline

• Two or more years of professional engineering experience

• Ability to perform complex systems integration and validation tasks

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain required government security clearances

• Compliance with regulations regarding access to export-controlled information
