Location: Missouri, 63042 | Salary: £105,000 - £140,000 annual

A leading aerospace and defense company is looking for a Software Engineer. This role supports the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land-Attack Missile program, focusing on the expansion of critical defense systems for domestic and international partners. You will work within a specialized team to ensure the reliability and security of mission-critical information technology solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Plan, design, and maintain relational databases for defense programs

• Author scripts for data migration and support software upgrade implementations

• Design and execute database backup and recovery programs

• Implement and maintain database security protocols and technical documentation

• Research and develop emerging technologies and frameworks for software projects

What we're looking for

• Experience with VB.NET or C#.NET including the .NET Framework

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, CMD, or PowerShell

• Technical background in SQL, MSSQL, or Transact-SQL

• Professional experience in database administration and security
