A leading global aerospace and defense organisation is looking for a Software Development Engineer (Associate or Mid Level). This role supports the advanced research and development division, focusing on visual modeling, simulation, and prototyping for defense and space systems. You will contribute to the design and development of complex software products, including software-defined networking and uncrewed aerial vehicle ground stations.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain non-embedded software throughout the full development lifecycle

• Translate customer requirements into technical software designs and architectural documentation

• Develop and optimize software products for complex systems integrations and algorithms

• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure high reliability and efficiency of software products

• Implement emerging technologies and frameworks while improving software development processes
