This role focuses on managing critical sales programs, processes, and initiatives to optimize the sales funnel, improve data integrity, and enable sales teams to meet targets. Responsibilities include designing and implementing sales operations programs, overseeing CRM and sales enablement tools, analyzing sales data, leading cross-functional projects, and managing the sales forecasting process. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Program Management, strong CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce.com), advanced Excel skills, and exceptional project management capabilities.

The
Sales Operations Program Manager
at

Corporation will drive efficiency and effectiveness within our sales organization by managing critical sales programs, processes, and initiatives. This role is pivotal in optimizing our sales funnel, improving data integrity, and enabling our sales teams to achieve their targets.
Job Responsibilities
:

  • Design, implement, and manage sales operations programs that enhance sales productivity, process efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions, including process improvements, technology enhancements, and training initiatives
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of sales tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, sales enablement tools, reporting dashboards), ensuring data accuracy and user adoption.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales process documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, working closely with marketing, finance, IT, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales-related initiatives.
  • Manage the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and providing regular reports and analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales compensation plans, ensuring fairness and motivation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales operations best practices, continuously researching and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program status, key performance indicators, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the technology or server/data center industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex sales programs and process improvements.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Compensation range: $78,000 - $110,500
