The Product Manager will collaborate with enterprise architects, business unit Product Owners, and stakeholders to implement standards, manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, and monitor financial aspects. Key responsibilities include technology watch, innovation, defining the Salesforce roadmap, and supporting sector initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of product ownership/management experience, in-depth Salesforce knowledge, and familiarity with agile frameworks.

What You Will Achieve With Us
As Product Manager - Salesforce Hub, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Strategic management and governance
- Oversee the functional evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem and define the Target State in collaboration with enterprise architects.
- Implement and operationalize the GCX Design Authority.
- Define standards, guidelines, and approval processes for the evolution of Salesforce applications.
- Participate in governance and accountability bodies (Salesforce QBR, Initiative Review, Design Authority).
Coordination and leadership
- Work closely with business unit Product Owners, supporting them in Salesforce initiatives.
- Organize communities of practice and exchange meetings.
- Standardize processes and tools for the Salesforce development lifecycle.
Administration and financial monitoring
- Monthly monitoring of chargebacks and tracking of order forms.
- Review invoices and orchestrate transfers/purchases (swaps).
- Monitor KPIs (monthly savings) and manage limits/prices.
Technology watch and innovation
- Monitor the market (Dreamforce, Gartner, Salesforce trends).
- Centralize global indicators (KPIs, ROI, adoption, POC).
- Distribute release notes, publications, and Salesforce articles.
Support and vision
- Support sectors in the POC/Discovery phases.
- Define and manage skills development plans.
- Define the overall vision for the Salesforce roadmap, including future plans (AI playbook, Vision Board).
- Evaluate and integrate new products (e.g., Data Cloud).
- Participate in managing requests from sectors.
Communication and collaboration
- Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in the implementation of the Salesforce Hub.
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
We are looking for someone with:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud), including Salesforce certifications.
- Over 10 years of experience as a product owner or manager or in a similar role.
- A good understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- A strong customer focus and the ability to manage and anticipate customer needs to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- A visionary, change agent, and leader.
- The ability to work under pressure, identify priorities, and manage stress.
- Curious, independent, and constantly solution-oriented.
- Recognized as a team player.
- Advanced knowledge of English (bilingualism) as the person will be required to communicate daily with English-speaking customers across Canada via email and phone calls.
