IDR is seeking a GTM Program Manager to join a remote opportunity. This role involves managing end-to-end execution of Sales Plays within a major organization’s Go-To-Market (GTM) team, focusing on strategic project management, content governance, and stakeholder communication across global regions. Position Overview for the GTM Program Manager:

  • Owns the end-to-end execution of Sales Play programs within the GTM organization, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with teams including Global Solutions GTM, Industry GTM, and Pipeline Progression to activate regional sales strategies.
  • Develops strategic insights and process improvements to enhance existing Sales Play initiatives.
  • Manages content updates and ensures alignment with industry solutions and GTM priorities.
  • Communicates complex strategies and progress effectively with executive stakeholders, translating GTM ideas into clear, actionable plans.

Requirements for the GTM Program Manager:

  • Significant experience with GTM program management and executing sales initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Experience with Sales Plays or campaign execution in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
