Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in production homebuilding to join our team. This is an on-site role responsible for managing the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, hands-on construction management experience, and proficiency in Hyphen/BuildPro to support scheduling, coordination, and execution across multiple residential builds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from groundbreaking through completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Utilize Hyphen/BuildPro to manage schedules, track progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with internal teams, trades, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and proactively resolve issues
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates and address questions or concerns
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in production homebuilding or residential construction project management
- Hands-on experience with Hyphen/BuildPro is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pinehurst, NC
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
