The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems
  • Generate insights and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with business units (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
  • Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business initiatives
  • Automate data processes and improve data pipelines for efficiency
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques
  • Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
