Key Responsibilities
Transmission Domain Expertise
- Develop deep knowledge of transmission structure engineering, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management
- Stay current on industry standards, degradation mechanisms, environmental factors, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Contribute to portfolio strategy and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Build business cases and prioritize new features, enhancements, and service expansions
- Define product requirements, KPIs, and success metrics

New Solution Development
- Translate market needs into technical product requirements in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Business Development

- Partner with Solutions and Business Development teams to align products with customer needs
- Work with Operations to ensure product readiness and adoption in the field
- Support integration into systems, workflows, and training programs
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction
- Support pricing strategy and product positioning
- Provide data-driven insights for portfolio decisions
Sales Enablement & Launch Support
- Assist in customer discussions, proposals, and technical presentations
- Develop product collateral including case studies, FAQs, and documentation
- Support product launches, training, KPI tracking, and post-launch optimization
