
Ecommerce Product Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our online products and content, from ideation to implementation across multiple IMAGE Skincare websites that are consumer and professional facing.
This position will analyze and leverage data and behaviors to prioritize the most critical actions necessary to improve the user experience.
As an integral part of our E-Commerce team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive the success of our digital products and enhance the overall customer experience.
Duties and responsibilities
PRODUCT STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, features and enhancements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
USER EXPERIENCE AND OPTIMIZATION:
• Ensures UX best practices are implemented. Including but not limited to enhanced search functionality, category taxonomy, filters and tagging, frictionless checkout processes, returns processes and more.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize the online shopping experience.
• Implement A/B testing and data-driven approaches to enhance website usability and conversion rates.
• Performs light web page development (HTML, CSS) such as landing pages, content updates, and cosmetic enhancements to web pages.
• Monitors all platforms they are directly responsible for including but not limited to Shopify, Reviews, Subscriptions, Surveys, Search, Merchandising, Site Speed, Personalization/Segmentation, Cross sell and Upsells, Heat Mapping, Blog and more.
• Monitors the site multiple times per day.
CONTENT CREATION & EXECUTION:
• Creates marketing briefs to develop all website copy and assets to support the digital strategy and
ensures it aligns with the marketing calendar.
• Plans and executes the site merchandising calendar as directed.
• Ensures timely releases of product, promotions and content to the site with accountability for accuracy.

Creates compelling mobile-first, customer-driven landing pages then optimizes them based on performance and user behavior.
These must be maintained, refreshed and updated throughout the year.
• Responsible for enhanced product page content builds.
• Leverages brand assets and adheres to best-in-class product positioning techniques.

Provide site linking based on feature creative and copy for cross-navigation opportunities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Lead end-to-end project management for E-Commerce initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
•
Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to align on project goals and timelines.
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
•
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
• Work closely with IT and customer service teams to address technical issues and improve customer support processes.
PRODUCT LAUNCHES
• Plan and execute product launches, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop marketing collateral and product documentation to support launches.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Ecommerce product management
• Ability to think strategically in order to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue and customer satisfaction
• Creative thinking to curate exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· Intermediate to advanced Shopify knowledge
· Google Analytics
· A/B Testing experience
· Personalization/Segmentation platform such as Dynamic Yield or equivalent
· Sign-up forms such as Klaviyo or equivalent
· Heat Mapping/Survey platform such as Crazy Egg or equivalent
· Subscriptions platform such as Recharge or equivalent
· Site Speed/Health platform such as SEMRUSH or equivalent
· Reviews platforms such as Yotpo or equivalent
· Light web page development (HTML, CSS)
Working Conditions:
- This role is based onsite at the IMAGE Skincare corporate office in Lantana, Florida, Monday through Friday.
- Professional, fast‑paced office environment with frequent cross‑functional collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Ecommerce teams.
- Work involves consistent use of computers, digital tools, and content management systems throughout the day.
- Occasional extended hours may be required during product launches, promotional periods, website updates, or business-critical deadlines.
- May require periodic support during early mornings, evenings, or weekends for time‑sensitive ecommerce updates, site issues, or campaign go‑lives.
- Position requires maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- Occasional travel to local office events, photoshoots, or warehouse visits may be required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (typing, editing, reviewing content, and managing digital assets).
- Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 15–20 lbs on occasion (e.g., product samples, marketing materials, photography props).
- Frequent use of hands, fingers, and wrists for computer work, digital asset handling, and content creation tasks.
- Ability to visually review and evaluate digital content, product imagery, and website layouts for accuracy and quality.
- Ability to move throughout the office to attend meetings, collaborate with teams, or gather materials.
- Must be able to maintain focus and productivity in an open-office environment with frequent communication and shifting priorities.
