Role summary

The Content Product Manager will support content publishing operations within the Seismic platform. This role focuses on managing content updates, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining efficient workflows for content production. Key responsibilities include managing content intake, publishing, and update workflows, reviewing and updating content including metadata and quality checks, monitoring automated workflows, tracking content performance metrics, and acting as a liaison with content owners. The role also involves uploading and maintaining content, communicating process updates, and identifying process improvements.

Full-time – 40 hours/week

Job Summary:

The CW Analyst will support content publishing operations within the Seismic platform. This role focuses on managing content updates, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining efficient workflows for content production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize content intake, publishing, and update workflows within Seismic
  • Review and update content including metadata, internal codes, and quality checks
  • Monitor automated workflows and notifications to guide stakeholders through content processes
  • Track content performance metrics and generate insights
  • Act as a liaison with content owners to ensure timely submissions and compliance
  • Upload and maintain content within the platform
  • Communicate process updates and provide guidance to internal teams
  • Identify and suggest process improvements

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of accountability and ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (Seismic preferred)
  • Exposure to asset management or financial services environments
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards within Seismic

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required
