One of our staffing partners is hiring for its financial client a data analyst

Experience of 2-3 years minimum. Not looking for senior programmers due to low pay

Salary offered $55-70k per year

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards using Tableau
Perform advanced data modeling, cleansing, and transformation for accurate reporting
Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across systems
Work with structured and unstructured datasets for comprehensive analysis
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and performance tuning
Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data infrastructure and improve accessibility
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
Automate reporting processes using Python, R, or other scripting tools
Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
