Role summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Intermediate Enterprise Resource Planning Data Analyst to join their ERP System Pharmacy team. This full-time, hybrid role requires 2-3 days onsite work in Plainfield, IN. The analyst will investigate and monitor ERP processes related to pharmacy inventory, implement and test new pharmacy inventory processes integrating with the ERP, assess information capabilities, identify gaps, and provide data analysis training. They will also serve as a resource to management for data analysis and performance improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required, with clinical/healthcare experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access is also necessary.

This analyst will be working specifically with pharmacy software systems and how they integrate into our Enterprise Resource Planning system. This position is full time, hybrid position with 2-3 days of onsite work required at the pharmacy within the Integrated Service Center in Plainfield, IN.

Role Responsibilities

  • Investigation and monitoring of ERP processes from pharmacy inventory activities
  • Implementation and testing of new pharmacy inventory processes that integrate with our ERP system.
  • Assesses the information capabilities of assigned areas to address gaps and provides data analysis training.
  • Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
