Member Experience Manager - Atlanta
Role summary
Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager for their Atlanta location. This is an in-person hospitality role focused on creating exceptional experiences for members. The manager will be responsible for problem-solving, driving momentum, and managing all aspects of the location's operations. Key responsibilities include consultative sales to identify and attract new members, planning and executing events, and fostering a strong community. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient individual with a passion for hospitality and a strong business sense.

This is an in-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week. Candidates must live within an easy commute of Atlanta, GA. To help, our compensation package includes some great commuter benefits!

Requirements:
Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.
Compensation:
The annual base compensation range for this role starts at $68,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for up to $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay.
Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package that may be available to employees.
