Role summary

Infinity is seeking Software Engineers for the Ground-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract, supporting the US Space Force. This role involves code development and deployment for critical radar systems used in strategic missile warning and space domain awareness. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and debugging application software, supporting system integration, and troubleshooting complex issues. The position requires 5-9 years of relevant experience, proficiency in C++ and Linux, and experience with real-time embedded software for ground-based radar and Agile methodologies. A Bachelor's degree and an active Secret Clearance are mandatory. This is an onsite position in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Position Overview

Seeking Software Engineers for the Ground-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract. GMASS supports the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR), and one Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS). The ground-based radars are critical to US and Allied strategic missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness missions. This position is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Primary Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for code development and code deployment for the software version releases which modifies the software baseline of the BMEWS/PAVE PAWS ground-based radar sensors
  • Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs application software
  • Conducts analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting
  • Ability to support system integration, test, development, and execution of various types of complex systems
  • Develops technical solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
  • Participate in troubleshooting systems to resolve complex issues, interact, and coordinate with engineers responsible for sustaining operational and test systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • - 5-9 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with C++
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with real-time embedded software for ground-based Radar
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Experience sustaining Ground-Based Radar systems (GBRs), or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as UEWR or PAVE PAWS
  • Knowledge of the Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) mission and associated enterprise
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams and resolve gaps
  • Experience maintaining national security mission networks
