Position Overview
We are seeking a
Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Engineer
to support highly critical cloud infrastructure environments across
AWS, Azure, and GCP
. This individual will be responsible for deploying and maintaining scalable, cloud-agnostic infrastructure using
automation, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and containerized services
.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on DevOps expertise, a deep understanding of multi-cloud environments, and a proactive,
security-first, ownership-driven mindset
.
Key Responsibilities

  • Write, modify, run, and troubleshoot Terraform from an existing codebase to deploy and maintain infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Run, modify, and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks for infrastructure automation and configuration management
  • Use GitLab across multiple repositories to maintain infrastructure and create merge requests for changes
  • Configure, build, and deploy containerized services using Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Troubleshoot traffic flow and connectivity issues between customer and hosted environments
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation related to network and system design and governance
  • Develop standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, technical bulletins, and other infrastructure documentation
  • Implement monitoring, configuration management, and logging capabilities across multi-tenant cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, infrastructure reliability, and deployment consistency
  • Operate with a security-first mindset across all engineering and operational responsibilities
  • Leverage generative AI tools where practical and within security boundary guidelines to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related engineering roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, including core infrastructure services such as compute, storage, networking, IAM, and cloud-native platforms
  • Deep expertise in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code across multi-cloud environments
  • Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies
  • Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes for containerized deployments
  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong scripting and automation experience using Python and/or bash
  • Experience with Unix/Linux system internals and administration
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, DNS, subnetting, and connectivity troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IAM / identity management concepts including least privilege, RBAC, and user provisioning
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure tooling such as ServiceNow or Vault
  • Experience working in highly regulated, enterprise-scale, or government-aligned environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex infrastructure environments
  • Experience using AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy

Additional Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen only; no dual citizenship
  • Must be able to work onsite in Austin, TX 3–4 days per week, with flexibility for increased onsite requirements based on project needs
  • Must be open to potential contract-to-hire conversion after 6 months
