Infosys is seeking a GCP Cloud Data Engineer to drive digital transformation for clients in a global delivery model. The role involves independent technology research, recommending solutions, and contributing to best practices. Responsibilities include designing architectural solutions, developing applications, and providing expert guidance on complex coding and issue resolution to ensure high-quality technical outcomes. Infosys is seeking a GCP Cloud Data Engineer. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will provide inputs for identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of applications, provide regular support and guidance to project teams on complex coding and issue resolution with the objective of ensuring best-fit and high-quality technical solutions within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving, TX or Richardson, TX or Temple Terrace, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Proficiency with Cloud Platforms Google Cloud, Big Query, Dataflow, Airflow
- Good hands-on experience in SQL
- Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and database query tools (SQL).
- Strong architecture, design and data presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecom domain knowledge.
- Understanding of various Analytical Tools, Platform & Frameworks including Cloud platform GenAI, Machine learning, AI, embeddings, Prompts, LLM Ops
