Role summary

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead complex product experiences from ideation to delivery. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product vision and roadmaps, and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive ownership, analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management. A background in Conversational AI or Messaging platforms is preferred. The position requires onsite work in Basking Ridge, NJ, three days per week, with accessibility via calls and Slack.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Product Owner to lead and deliver complex product experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to drive initiatives from ideation through execution while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the product lifecycle from ideation, planning, and stakeholder alignment to delivery and results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features and enhancements.
Actively engage with stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout the product development process.
Take initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and move work forward independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner with a strong track record of delivering complex products.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate proactive ownership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on approach to product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background or exposure to Messaging platforms or Conversational AI (Conv AI) is a plus, but not required.

Availability & Work Expectations:

Must be able to work onsite in Basking Ridge, NJ for 3 days per week.
Should be accessible via calls and Slack as needed.
Expected to actively participate and contribute meaningfully in meetings.
