Role summary

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst for a proposal bid, located in Orlando, FL. This role will support RMF, A&A, and cybersecurity engineering for medical simulation systems, ensuring compliance with DoD requirements. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in a DoD or Federal environment, and familiarity with RMF, A&A/C&A, NIST controls, STIGs, vulnerability assessments, and eMASS. A minimum IAT Level II certification is required. Desired qualifications include a Master's degree and additional cybersecurity certifications. Key responsibilities involve supporting C&A/A&A activities, preparing RMF artifacts, conducting vulnerability scans, and coordinating with cybersecurity personnel.

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support a proposal we are bidding on. This position is expected to be located in Orlando, FL. We estimate the award will be made later this year.

This role supports RMF, A&A, and cybersecurity engineering activities for medical simulation systems. The position ensures compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information assurance, computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of cybersecurity or information assurance experience in a DoD or Federal environment.
  • Experience with RMF, A&A/C&A, NIST controls, STIGs, vulnerability assessments, and eMASS.
  • Minimum IAT Level II certification in accordance with DoDM 8570.01/8570.01-M.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Additional cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CASP+, or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting medical devices, health IT, or simulation/training systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Certification and Accreditation / Assessment and Authorization activities.
  • Prepare and maintain RMF artifacts such as Security Plans and POA&Ms.
  • Conduct vulnerability scans and STIG compliance reviews.
  • Support configuration management and cybersecurity documentation.
  • Coordinate with ISSMs, ISSOs, and Authorizing Officials.

Compensation & Benefits
The Salary for this contingent hire position is $73,000 to $83,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 15 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available. ITC is open to salary outside this range for the right fully-qualified candidate.
