Role summary

The Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing is responsible for the acceptance, transfer, installation, improvement, and maintenance of automatic test equipment and test programs for product testing and design verification. This role also supports test development to ensure robust test solutions. A PCB Test Engineer ensures printed circuit boards meet design, quality, and functionality standards before mass production by developing, implementing, and optimizing test procedures, creating test fixtures, and diagnosing faults using tools like oscilloscopes and ICT.

Require Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in hardware testing, manufacturing, or QA roles
  • Test Development: Design and implement test strategies, including In-Circuit Testing (ICT), Functionality Testing, Boundary Scan, and Flying Probe.
  • Debugging &Troubleshooting: Debug PCB Failures using Oscilloscopes, multimeters, and high voltage power supplies to identify root causes.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with schematic reading, CAD tools, and automated testing instruments.
  • Software/Programming: Proficiency in software such as LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, or C/C++
