Senior Manager, Product and Technology Partnerships
Role summary
Instacart is seeking a Senior Manager, Product and Technology Partnerships to drive growth and strategic priorities through high-impact technology alliances for its Enterprise business. This role will lead product-led partnerships across Retailer Storefronts, Fulfillment, and in-store technologies. Responsibilities include designing and executing partnership strategies, negotiating complex agreements, and managing senior executive relationships in areas like POS, loyalty, and e-commerce. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to bring partnerships from conception to scale. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in business development or partnerships within the technology sector, with a proven track record in enterprise deal negotiation and financial modeling. This is a remote position based in Canada.

Overview
Instacart’s Strategic Partnerships team drives growth, accelerates strategic priorities, and unlocks new opportunities through high-impact partnerships across the technology ecosystem. We are hiring a Senior Manager, Product and Technology Partnerships to lead first-of-a-kind, product-led alliances that power our Enterprise business—including Retailer Storefronts, Fulfillment products, and in-store technologies.
In this highly visible role, you will design and execute partnership strategies, negotiate complex agreements, and own senior executive relationships across categories such as POS, loyalty, and e-commerce. You will work closely with Initiative leads (GMs), Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Solutions Architects, and Enterprise Leadership to bring partnerships from idea to launch and scale.
