We are seeking an AI & Cybersecurity Engineer to support and enhance our secure technology environment while helping drive innovation across the business. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 GCC High, supporting compliance with CMMC Level 2 cybersecurity requirements, and securing core infrastructure including firewalls, wireless access points, switches, and servers.

In addition, this position will support the development of business intelligence solutions, AI agents, automation tools, and machine learning applications using platforms such as Copilot Studio and other AI technologies. The role will also support manufacturing by developing practical tools and AI-driven solutions that improve operations, efficiency, and decision-making.

This position also includes responsibility for maintaining key operational systems such as phone systems, badge access, and video surveillance.

This can be an entry-level opportunity for the right candidate with strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and a desire to grow in AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and automation. Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 GCC High
• Support technical and administrative requirements related to CMMC Level 2
• Manage and secure infrastructure including firewalls, access points, switches, and servers
• Develop and support AI agents, automation tools, and business intelligence solutions
• Use Copilot Studio and other AI platforms to improve internal operations
• Implement appropriate security controls and governance for AI tools and agents
• Support manufacturing through development of tools, automation, AI agents, and machine learning solutions
• Maintain phone systems, badge access systems, and video surveillance platforms
• Assist with documentation, troubleshooting, system improvements, and ongoing security efforts

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in AI, cybersecurity, cloud systems, networking, or automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and secure system administration
• Understanding of or willingness to learn CMMC Level 2 and cybersecurity best practices
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to work across both traditional infrastructure and emerging technologies
• Ability to support both business systems and operational or manufacturing environments
