Role summary

Intel Foundry is seeking a Responsible Minerals & Critical Materials Program Manager to lead the company's strategy and execution for responsible mineral sourcing across its semiconductor supply chain. This role is critical for ensuring compliance with global regulations, ethical sourcing, and human rights standards in the minerals used in Intel products. Responsibilities include managing conflict minerals declarations, driving supplier conformance, conducting due diligence, and representing Intel in industry associations. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and at least 5 years of program management experience, with a strong preference for experience in responsible minerals sourcing and supply chain management within the semiconductor industry.

What You’ll Do
As a
Responsible Minerals & Critical Materials Program Manager
you will own and lead Intel’s responsible minerals strategy and execution across the Foundry supply chain. Your work ensures that minerals used in Intel products are sourced responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with global regulations.
Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead Intel's responsible mineral sourcing program, driving conflict minerals compliance, extended minerals risk assessments and due diligence, and enabling responsible and resilience sourcing.
  • Managing conflict minerals declarations, driving supplier conformance expectations across complex multi-tier supply chains, providing customer responses including product level declarations, driving required regulatory filings, and submitting public and investor reports.
  • Lead due diligence efforts to reasonably assure the minerals contained in Intel products do not contribute to human rights abuses and other ethical concerns.
  • Responsible minerals program manager will lead responsible and resilient minerals sourcing strategic planning and execution.
  • Externally represent Intel in various industry associations and external engagements.

Minimum Skills And Experience That Will Get You Noticed

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, science, or related field)
  • 5+ years of program management experience

Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out
:

  • Experience in Responsible Minerals Sourcing strongly preferred
  • Supply chain experience
  • Experience working with or in external consortia and/or government institutions
  • Advance degree (e.g. PhD or MBA) preferred
  • Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry preferred

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $164,100.00 - 231,670.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Work Model for this Role
