Role summary

Seeking a Regulatory Compliance Test Engineer with a focus on RF technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth, UWB) for a 12+ month contract role in Fremont, CA. The position requires a Master's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of RF working experience. Responsibilities include performing RF emission and conducted tests, debugging regulatory failures, and validating RF Exposure test cases across various regulatory domains. Experience with testing equipment and third-party labs is essential.

Title: Regulatory Compliance Test Engineer (RF)

Location(s): Fremont, CA (expected to go to lab in Morgan Hill and SF)

Duration: 12+ months

Minimum qualification:

Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering or 5 years of equivalent practical experience
5 years of RF working experience with main focus on WiFi, Bluetooth, UWB and other radio technologies.
Experience working with 3rd party test lab
Experience with spectrum analyser, Vector network analyser, signal generator, oscilloscope and other testing equipment’s.

Roles and responsibilities:

Perform RF radiated emission, Conducted and other certification related tests.
Identify regulatory failure, debug and work with cross functional team to address issue.
Validating RF Exposure test cases for different regulatory domains in certification test setups.
