Recruiting Coordinator (12 month Fixed-Term)
Role summary
Intercom is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support its global recruiting team. This role is crucial for delivering an optimal candidate interview experience, managing complex scheduling, and maintaining recruitment data. The coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensure a smooth interview process, and assist with various recruiting initiatives. The position operates within a hybrid model, requiring at least three days per week in the Dublin office. Key responsibilities include end-to-end interview scheduling, ATS data management, reporting, and facilitating on-site interviews. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in GSuite, Microsoft Office, and ATS are required.

What's the opportunity?
Recruiting is a key driver to Fin's success. As a Recruiting Coordinator at Fin, you’ll act as a first impression for the company and partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an optimal candidate interview experience. This position will support our global team to efficiently navigate complex scheduling requests and last-minute changes. Along with scheduling interviews, our Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for supporting recruiting related initiatives and overall system maintenance. We currently operate in a hybrid working model and have offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Dublin, London and Sydney. You will be expected to be in the office in Dublin at least 3 days a week.

The hourly pay range for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area is $33.65 to $42.79. Actual hourly pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
