Product Manager, Operations
Role summary
The Product Manager, Operations is responsible for ensuring the dependability, reliability, and accuracy of delivery products and data. This role involves daily production support, managing and remediating production issues, participating in postmortem reviews, and maintaining production operations. The Product Manager will also manage small enhancements to improve client satisfaction and support sales enablement. Additionally, the role will contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects, coordinating priorities between ongoing operations and new projects. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field, strong knowledge of the financial data industry, and experience with product or delivery operations are required. Proficiency in AI tools and MS Office is also necessary.

Job Purpose
Product Operations Management is focused on providing the day-to-day support needed to ensure our delivery products are dependable, reliable, and contain accurate and high-quality data. As part of the larger Product Operations team, we have responsibility for the successful management and configuration capabilities of contracted content and technology.
Responsibilities
- Daily Production & Support
- Ensure delivery products and services are released on-time with accurate data.
- Manage and remediate production issues to minimize client impact, coordinate client notifications with Client Service.
- Participate in postmortem reviews following major production incidents, track and close out key remediation actions.
- Draft Incident Summary Reports (ISRs) in collaboration with Client Service as needed.
- Manage the priority of BAU product fixes and changes to maintain reliable production operations.
- Partner with the Delivery Team to ensure best practices in client file configuration; provide training as needed.
- Work with Finance and Sales to research and resolve billing questions.
- Create and maintain tools and documentation supporting Pricing Delivery Products implementation.
- Small Enhancements & Sales Enablement
- Manage the priority and implementation of small enhancements to close new sales opportunities and increase client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Team, Pre-sales/Product Solutions, and Sales to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects
- Support client migrations and other special projects as needed.
- Work with the Global Data Delivery Platform team on the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate scheduling and balance priority of strategic initiatives against BAU and small enhancement projects.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related business field
- Graduate-level coursework or advanced degree a plus
- Strong knowledge of the financial data industry with experience in product or delivery operations roles
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written communication and client service skills
- Experience using AI tools and proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to operate under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial data delivery platforms
