Staff Software Engineer
Role summary
Interra Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to advance its Arrive Health Network platform, a key component for real-time prescription decision-making and cost transparency. This role involves leading the design and development of scalable, high-impact full stack systems, with a focus on technical leadership, architectural input, and cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities include architecting greenfield projects, integrating with EHRs and external APIs, contributing to cloud infrastructure, and mentoring engineers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, proficiency in backend (Kotlin/Spring, Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React) frameworks, cloud technologies (AWS, Terraform, Docker), and a strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, and SQL. This is a fully remote role within the United States.

.The Role
:As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing the Arrive Health Network platform—a core part of Interra Health’s ecosystem that powers real-time prescription decision-making and cost transparency at the point of care
.You will lead the design and development of scalable, high-impact systems used by providers and care teams to deliver more accessible and affordable treatment options. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership—owning complex initiatives, shaping architecture, and driving cross-team collaboration to ensure our platform continues to evolve with reliability and integrity at scale
