Overview
Intuit is transforming how brand, design systems, and AI-powered experiences come together across QuickBooks.
We’re looking for a Staff Design Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that translate brand and emerging AI capabilities into scalable, system-driven product experiences.
This role goes beyond a single initiative. You will help define how design patterns — from visual expression to AI interactions — are built once and scaled across the platform.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for brand expression in product, from concept through launch
- Translate brand and product vision into scalable design system patterns and components
- Drive AI patternization, partnering with design and AI teams to define reusable interaction models
- Partner closely with Design Systems and Design System DPMs to ensure patterns are codified and governed
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Product, Brand, and external partners
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple parallel workstreams
- Establish clear program structure, decision-making forums, and execution plans
- Ensure solutions balance brand expression, usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility
What You’ll Drive
- A cohesive brand experience embedded within QuickBooks product surfaces
- Scalable design patterns and system components, not one-off solutions
- Foundational AI interaction patterns that can be reused across workflows
- Strong alignment between design systems, product teams, and platform capabilities
- High-quality execution aligned to critical milestones, including major launch events
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional design or platform programs
- Strong partnership with design systems and platform teams
- Ability to turn ambiguity into structured, executable plans
- Experience driving scalable patterns or systems, not just feature delivery
- Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences or emerging interaction models (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
