Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, peripherals, and enterprise applications
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment including servers, workstations, and networking devices
• Document support requests, resolutions, and system configurations accurately in ticketing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades, patches, and security protocols
• Conduct routine system checks and monitor network performance to prevent potential disruptions
• Stay informed about emerging technologies such as quantum engineering that could enhance our infrastructure

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role with a focus on user assistance and system maintenance
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and enterprise software applications
• Familiarity with networking concepts including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless connectivity
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently under pressure
• Basic understanding of quantum engineering principles is a plus; willingness to learn new technological domains is essential
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
