Role summary
ITSC Secure Solutions seeks a Senior Test Engineer to serve as the Chief Integration Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test. This role requires expert leadership of the Missile Warning Integration team and senior-level authority for integrating FORGE within complex enterprise environments. The position demands deep familiarity with Missile Warning technologies and programs interfacing across DoD and Intelligence Community stakeholders. Key responsibilities include providing strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment across environments, and collaborating with government and multi-agency partners to achieve integration success. A Master's degree, 17+ years of relevant experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Position Overview
ITSC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to perform the role of Chief Integration Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test. This position provides expert leadership of the Missile Warning Integration team and serves as a senior-level authority delivering results for the integration of FORGE within complex, enterprise environments.
The role requires deep familiarity with Missile Warning–related technologies and technical programs that interface across multiple DoD and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform duties as Chief Integration Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test
- Provide expert leadership and direction to the Missile Warning Integration team
- Deliver senior-level, independent technical and management expertise for FORGE integration
- Provide strategic recommendations and guidance on Missile Warning system integration
- Ensure alignment across operational, enterprise, and mission partner environments
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and multi-agency partners to drive integration success

Qualifications
Minimum of 17 years of relevant experience supporting complex DoD or Missile Warning systems
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field (Science, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated senior-level leadership in system integration and operational integration efforts
- Proven ability to provide independent technical authority and enterprise-level guidance
- Active TS/SCI clearance
