Jack & Jill Health is a digital health platform helping patients access modern treatments through a seamless online experience. Our platform combines telemedicine, pharmacy services, and personalized care programs across areas like weight loss, hormone health, sexual health, and preventive health.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a product designer with strong visual design skills who can craft elegant, modern health experiences similar to leading longevity, wellness, and consumer health apps.
You will work closely with the Product Manager and engineering team to design intuitive patient journeys and deliver high-quality UI that builds trust and clarity in healthcare interactions.
This role requires someone who is comfortable thinking beyond screens, mapping full patient journeys, flows, and experiences across the platform.
Responsibilities:
Product & Journey Design
- Map and design
end-to-end patient journeys
across the Jack & Jill platform
- Translate product ideas into
clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design experiences across onboarding, treatment flows, dashboards, messaging, and patient tools
- Simplify complex healthcare interactions into intuitive user experiences
UI & Visual Design:
- Create
polished, modern UI
that reflects the quality of top consumer health and longevity apps
- Design visually appealing interfaces that build
trust, clarity, and engagement
- Maintain visual consistency across the product and contribute to the evolving
design system
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the
Product Manager
to shape product concepts and flows
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are
practical and efficiently implemented
- Participate in product discussions and contribute to UX strategy
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve usability and patient experience
- Iterate on existing flows to improve clarity, engagement, and outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience
in UI/UX or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating
high-quality UI and modern digital product design
- Experience designing
consumer-grade digital experiences
- Strong experience with
journey mapping and user flows
- Expert proficiency in
Figma
- Ability to balance
visual polish with usability and simplicity
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing
digital health, wellness, or longevity products
- Experience designing
patient or healthcare platforms
- Familiarity with
conversion-oriented UX and product thinking
Working Style:
- Part-time role (
20 hours per week
)
- Remote collaboration with product and engineering
- Fast-moving startup environment with high ownership
