Your impact
We are searching for an Entry-Level Software Engineer to join our Advanced Facilities team in Portland, OR. In this role you will assist with software, systems, and network engineering tasks. You’ll contribute to the requirements, design, implementation, integration, and support of software and associated documentation for new, upgraded, and existing facilities. You’ll navigate fluid functional requirements throughout the project’s life cycle. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial part in configuration management, product build, deployment, and seamless integration of work items from remote development teams.
As part of a crossfunctional team, you will apply engineering principles to solve complex problems through sound and creative engineering. You will be supported and mentored while you learn new engineering methods and incorporate them into work processes. We will expect you to seek feedback while you apply internal or industry best practices to improve technical solutions and demonstrate skill in time management as you complete software projects in a cooperative team environment.
You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll work with a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to establish to meet the needs of our clients.
You’ll also take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to you by demonstrating the ability to progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated and involved projects working in conjunction with a technical team.

The base salary range for this position is $62,500.00 to $95,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
