Your impact
We are seeking a mid-level Data Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in data management and CMMS implementation. This role will support data integration, reporting, system configuration, and process improvement initiatives across operational and asset management systems. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across technical and business teams to solve complex data challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of CMMS platforms, including Cityworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and views.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL for data processing and system integration tasks.
- Develop and maintain ELT processes to move and transform data between operational systems and reporting environments.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality control to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to support operational, financial, and performance metrics.
- Create, update, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports to support business and operational reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain MS Access databases and VBA scripts to automate processes and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams on system integrations, automation, and deployment activities.
- Document data flows, business rules, and system configurations to support long-term maintainability.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose practical, scalable improvements.
Here's what you'll need
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting CMMS platforms, preferably Cityworks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL development and performance tuning.
- Experience writing and maintaining PL/SQL.
- Experience building ELT pipelines and working with structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Proficiency in Power BI for report and dashboard development.
- Experience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting Crystal Reports.
- Experience with Microsoft Access and VBA automation.
- Strong understanding of relational database design principles and data governance practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and GIS data structures.
- Familiarity with API integrations and system-to-system data exchange.
- Experience supporting quality control processes for operational data.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
