• Job Title: Warehouse Automation Engineer (Automation Operations Specialist)
• Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Buford or Flowery Branch)
• Annual Salary: $72,000 - $75,000 + Annual Performance Bonus

What You'll Do

• New Project Launching: Assist in the planning and execution of new automation projects, ensuring timely and efficient integration of new equipment into existing operations.
• SOP Setup and Training: Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and provide training to operators to ensure safe and effective use of automation equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance checks, diagnose and repair equipment issues, and ensure that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of automation equipment, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse automation equipment maintenance or a recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and automation technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
