Accountabilities
The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for developing models, insights, and solutions that optimize ad auction performance:

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to improve ad auction outcomes, pricing, and targeting.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement predictive models and algorithms in production systems.

Requirements
Candidates should bring a strong combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and domain knowledge:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative analytics, preferably in digital advertising or auctions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data manipulation and model development.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and predictive modeling.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, causal inference, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing platforms (e.g., Spark, BigQuery, Redshift).
