You will drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving platform architecture, containerized deployments, and data infrastructure solutions. Acting as a key orchestrator across product, engineering, sales engineering, and site reliability teams, you will ensure alignment, predictability, and execution excellence. This is a highly collaborative and visible role, supporting enterprise-scale customers and mission-critical data workflows. You will bring structure to ambiguity, translate technical complexity into actionable plans, and enable teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Accountabilities
You will lead and coordinate agile delivery across multiple engineering and go-to-market teams, ensuring smooth execution of complex, containerized and cloud-based initiatives. You will also support alignment between technical stakeholders and business objectives while driving predictable program outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Orchestrating end-to-end agile program execution across engineering, product, and technical field teams
- Driving planning, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and containerized architectures
- Facilitating cross-functional alignment between technical teams, sales engineering, and customer stakeholders
- Managing program timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones to ensure successful execution
- Translating technical requirements into structured delivery plans and actionable workflows
- Supporting continuous improvement of agile practices, delivery efficiency, and operational excellence
Requirements
You bring strong experience leading complex technical programs in cloud, data, or infrastructure-focused environments, with the ability to operate in highly cross-functional settings. You are comfortable engaging with engineers and technical specialists while also communicating clearly with business stakeholders. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, agile delivery, technical project management, or related roles
- Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms and distributed or containerized systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, or similar technologies)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with engineering and product teams in complex technical ecosystems
- Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution clarity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred
