This role leads the development and scaling of a unified platform for managing in-cab devices across commercial fleets, enabling IT and operations teams to oversee everything from tablets and dashboards to mobile devices in a single portal. You will define product strategy, own the roadmap, and drive the migration from multiple legacy systems to a modern, multi-tenant SaaS solution. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, QA, and business units, you will ensure high adoption, seamless user experience, and measurable business impact. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence the technology that fleet teams rely on daily, with visibility to leadership and a direct effect on operational efficiency. Accountabilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for the Managed Driver Experience Portal, prioritizing new features, legacy migration, and platform dependencies
  • Author and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams
  • Lead discovery efforts with fleet IT administrators, support teams, and stakeholders to identify pain points, validate solutions, and inform prioritization
  • Drive alignment across engineering, design, QA, and platform services through regular roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination
  • Own the end-to-end legacy migration plan, including transition tooling, customer sequencing, and communications with customer success teams
  • Partner with product marketing and business units on go-to-market planning, migration milestones, and customer communications
  • Establish and track success metrics such as adoption, device enrollment, migration completion, and support ticket reduction
  • Leverage agentic AI tools to accelerate strategy, requirement refinement, and prototyping throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior or staff level in SaaS or enterprise web applications
  • Proven track record of migrating users from legacy systems to modern platforms, with experience in sequencing, tooling, and communications
  • Strong UX instincts for enterprise software, ensuring tools are intuitive, functional, and optimized for administrators
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, global business units, and customer-facing teams
  • Experience shipping iteratively against a milestone-based roadmap in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in hyper-growth settings
  • Bonus experience includes familiarity with app distribution, SMB and enterprise models, internationalization challenges, or transportation/MDM industries
