This is a strategic, high-visibility role focused on leading the full lifecycle of an advanced cybersecurity and compliance platform within a complex, regulated environment. You will define product vision, shape long-term roadmap priorities, and ensure alignment with evolving federal standards and customer needs. Working closely with engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders, you will translate market insights into impactful product features and scalable solutions. The role combines technical depth, market awareness, and business strategy, offering the opportunity to directly influence product direction and customer outcomes. You will also play a key role in go-to-market execution and customer engagement, ensuring the platform delivers measurable value. Accountabilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with regulatory and market evolution
  • Conduct market analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitive intelligence, and customer research to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through release, sustainment, and deprecation
  • Develop detailed product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and feature specifications
  • Lead release planning, sprint coordination, and governance processes such as CAB/CRB approvals
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical execution and guide architecture decisions
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, supporting secure and scalable product design
  • Drive go-to-market strategy including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement materials
  • Support sales efforts through demos, RFP responses, and customer engagements
  • Oversee customer success functions including onboarding, support processes, and feedback loops
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs such as adoption, customer satisfaction, and feature utilization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise platforms
  • Experience working with federal, defense, or regulated environments, particularly in cybersecurity or compliance domains
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171/800-53, RMF, and DFARS
  • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, Agile development processes, and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS) and contract vehicles
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including business case development and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive audiences
  • Experience with ITIL practices, change management processes, and secure software development frameworks
  • Ability to work in complex, high-stakes environments and manage competing priorities effectively
  • U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
