This role offers the opportunity to lead and define the enterprise administration experience for a high-growth SaaS platform, shaping the workflows, tooling, and systems that support both internal teams and enterprise customers. You will oversee the entire enterprise customer lifecycle, from account setup and provisioning to ongoing management and renewal, ensuring scalable, efficient, and user-friendly experiences. This position requires collaboration across multiple teams, including operations, revenue, implementation, and engineering, to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions. You will influence senior stakeholders, optimize complex workflows, and drive initiatives that enhance customer autonomy, operational efficiency, and overall satisfaction. Accountabilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise administration across internal and customer-facing systems
  • Map, optimize, and improve the enterprise customer lifecycle, including provisioning, account configuration, growth, and renewal
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of end-to-end workflows
  • Influence senior stakeholders and executives to secure investment, prioritization, and adoption of strategic initiatives
  • Measure success through operational efficiency, reduced overhead, improved onboarding, and enhanced customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the connective link across technology and operational teams to deliver a unified and scalable admin experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior product manager in enterprise SaaS, with a track record of cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Expertise in enterprise lifecycle management, internal tooling, or admin experience domains
  • Skilled at mapping and redesigning complex workflows across multiple systems and teams
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to balance operational realities with customer experience goals
  • Experience influencing executives and senior stakeholders in high-growth, fast-paced environments
