About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Senior IT Engineer to design, implement, and support end-user technology solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on modern workplace technologies, device management, and advanced technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and support End User Computing (EUC) solutions across Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop environments
  • Administer device management platforms for configuration, compliance, and security
  • Support enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms
  • Monitor and improve end-user experience using performance monitoring tools
  • Maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments
  • Manage device lifecycle including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
  • Provide advanced technical support to users and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot system and performance issues
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve systems and processes
  • Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or end-user computing
  • Experience with device management and enterprise IT environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
  • Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms
  • Experience in large-scale IT environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
