About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Senior IT Engineer to design, implement, and support end-user technology solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on modern workplace technologies, device management, and advanced technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support End User Computing (EUC) solutions across Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop environments
- Administer device management platforms for configuration, compliance, and security
- Support enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms
- Monitor and improve end-user experience using performance monitoring tools
- Maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments
- Manage device lifecycle including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Provide advanced technical support to users and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot system and performance issues
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve systems and processes
- Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or end-user computing
- Experience with device management and enterprise IT environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms
- Experience in large-scale IT environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
