We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Data Analytics & SharePoint Specialist to manage and optimize data processes while enabling data-driven decision-making across development programs. This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, tracking program performance, and building efficient SharePoint environments to enhance collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop analytical models to extract insights from complex datasets related to program performance
- Build and maintain SharePoint structures to support communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and deliver data-driven solutions
- Analyze trends and patterns using statistical techniques to support business decisions
- Ensure data governance, integrity, accuracy, and quality standards
- Track participant progress and evaluate training program effectiveness
- Manage and optimize data processes to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain and organize SharePoint content for accessibility and relevance
- Leverage SharePoint tools to enhance team communication and project management
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and advanced data modeling
- Core Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with data governance and data quality practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience working with Integrated Program Teams
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with analytics trends
