Job Overview:
Pay Range: $51hr - $56hr
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive test cases for backend and API systems.
• Build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Develop and execute API, integration, and regression test automation.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate backend systems deployed in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Perform defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
• Support monitoring and continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Apply best practices in test strategy, automation, and SDLC processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in QA, Test Automation, or SDET roles.
• Strong experience in backend and API testing.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with API automation tools such as RestAssured and Postman.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience testing microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Kibana/ELK.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategies, and automation best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Exposure to Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in Agile and client-facing environments.
