PLM Product Owner
Role summary
Dice is seeking a PLM Product Owner for Centraprise Corp. The Product Owner will define and manage the PLM product roadmap and backlog, translate business requirements into user stories, and act as a liaison between various departments. Experience in aerospace PLM processes is also required.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience with PLM software like 3DX, Teamcenter
- PLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products.
- Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework
- Background in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Backlog & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.
- Process Improvement: Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.
- Agile Leadership: Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.
- System Ownership: Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Good to have Agile certifications SAFe / PSM

- Working in a dynamic environment
- Good to have Manufacturing domain understanding
