We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Endpoint Engineer
to support the design, development, and ongoing management of Windows-based client environments within a large-scale enterprise setting. This role is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing endpoint solutions across a diverse global hardware landscape.
This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining standardized system images, optimizing deployment processes, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience through modern device management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Windows operating system images for enterprise-wide deployment
• Oversee the full lifecycle of endpoint images, including creation, testing, release, updates, and retirement
• Ensure all images meet internal security standards, compliance requirements, and performance benchmarks
• Manage hardware compatibility, including driver integration, firmware updates, and device validation across multiple platforms
• Package and configure applications, drivers, and system components for deployment
• Lead testing efforts, including functional validation and performance/load testing of deployment processes
• Incorporate security controls, updates, and dependencies into imaging and provisioning workflows
• Develop and enhance automation processes to streamline image creation and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to imaging, deployments, applications, and endpoint compatibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and guidance to team members and operational support teams
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for build processes and configurations
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and security practices
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Participate in after-hours support as needed for critical issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, Windows imaging, or enterprise desktop management
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
• Strong background in enterprise OS deployment, imaging, and lifecycle management
• Experience with testing methodologies including QA, validation, and performance testing
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise hardware environments and driver management
• Experience with application packaging, scripting, and deployment automation

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM, Intune)
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
• Windows OS, Autopilot, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365
• Scripting languages such as PowerShell (preferred), with familiarity in others (e.g., Python, VBScript, Batch)
• Virtual desktop environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware)
• Understanding of endpoint security, compliance standards, and system hardening practices
