Role summary

Kforce is seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager in Jersey City, NJ. This role requires owning the product vision, roadmap, and strategic outcomes for ServiceNow product areas. The Product Manager will translate business priorities into clear product outcomes, make critical configuration vs. customization decisions, and define ServiceNow service architecture. Key responsibilities include driving service simplification, acting as the primary product authority for stakeholders, and guiding teams to leverage out-of-the-box functionality. The role involves managing backlog intake, prioritization, and defining KPIs to measure value realization. A ServiceNow Technical Architect certification and 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a ServiceNow Product Manager in Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategic outcomes for assigned ServiceNow product areas
  • Translate enterprise and business priorities into clear product outcomes aligned with technology, risk, and regulatory expectations
  • Make product decisions on configuration vs. customization, balancing speed, scalability, and platform health
  • Define and govern ServiceNow service architecture, catalog structure, and taxonomies aligned to CMDB, data quality, and integrations
  • Drive service simplification and standardization to reduce duplication and complexity
  • Act as the primary product authority for business and technology stakeholders, leading discovery, prioritization, and roadmap communication
  • Maintain deep expertise in ServiceNow capabilities, including workflows, CMDB, integrations, reporting, and UX patterns
  • Guide teams to maximize out-of-the-box functionality while ensuring platform stability, performance, and upgrade readiness
  • Own backlog intake and prioritization, balancing new demand with technical debt and operational improvements
  • Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency, data quality, and value realization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ServiceNow Technical Architect certification
  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in a senior product, functional lead, or platform ownership role
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale platforms with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including workflows, CMDB, data models, integrations, reporting, and dashboards
  • Experience with core ServiceNow modules
  • Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to define outcomes and prioritize based on value and risk
  • Excellent executive-level communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities
  • Expertise leading or delivering ServiceNow Greenfield implementations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
